The whole house. It is all for your group: no reception, no strangers in the next room and no timetable but your own.

There is no single rate: the price depends on the season, how many nights you stay and how many of you there are. You see it straight away by choosing dates in the calendar. Stays are from 2 to 10 nights.

Babies aged 0 and 1 are free and children aged 2 to 17 pay half. So that a birthday doesn’t change the price, we count the age they were the year before check-in.

From 2 to 10 nights, and at least 2 people.

Just the deposit now, 30 % by Bizum or bank transfer; the rest before check-in. Your dates are held as soon as you tell us you have paid, and the confirmation reaches you as soon as we check it, within 24 hours at most. No booking fees, no security deposit.

The remaining 70 % is paid before check-in time, from your booking page. That is also where you fill in the guest register and sign the contract.

Cancellation is free up to 15 days before check-in. After that the deposit is lost. There is no security deposit.

Only the guest register: we send you your link and everyone fills in their own details. There is no contract to sign and nothing to pay here, because the price and the conditions are handled by the platform. Once the register is complete we give you the key code.

Up to 12 people, counting adults, children and babies; pets don’t count. That is the licensed capacity, so it cannot be more. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

Almendro has a 135 cm double bed and Olivo two 105 cm beds and a bunk bed; both are on floor 3. On floor 4, Fresno has two 90 cm beds and a bunk bed, and Ciprés a 135 cm double. There is also a sofa bed.

No, they are included. There is also toilet paper, salt, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. It is worth bringing olive oil, napkins, kitchen paper and ground coffee.

There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Tell us when you book if you are bringing babies and we will have them ready.

Yes, they are welcome. There is a fixed charge per pet per stay, which you will see in the price once you add them to the booking. They stay out of the pool, though.

There is no smoking or vaping inside the house, bedrooms included. Smokers have the courtyard.

A dishwasher, oven and microwave, and for coffee two stovetop moka pots and a WMF Lumero espresso machine. All three take ground coffee, so bring some, along with olive oil, napkins and kitchen paper.

No pods: the house has two stovetop moka pots in different sizes and a WMF Lumero espresso machine, and all three work with ground coffee. Just bring the coffee you like.

Yes. There is heating, two living rooms with fireplaces (firewood is included in winter) and wifi.

Yes, all yours and your group’s. It is in the house’s own patio, with loungers, a pergola and the barbecue right there, and it is shared with nobody: no neighbours, no other guests, no time slots. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out before 10:00. If nobody arrives that day you can leave later: just ask.

They are in a key box with a code, inside the letterbox by the door, so you can arrive whenever you like. The code changes for every booking and we email it once payment is complete and all guests are registered.

The house is at Carrer Nou, 2, 03814 Alcoleja. It is just under an hour by car from Alicante and about two hours from Valencia. Alicante-Elche airport is an hour away.

The house has no parking of its own: park in the village streets or in Plaza del Mestre, next to the house.

The law requires it for all holiday accommodation. It takes a few minutes from your booking page, before check-in time.

For everyday things, Botiga El Cantó in the village has a bit of everything; meat is best ordered in advance. For a big shop, Mercadona or Carrefour in Cocentaina, about 30 minutes by car.

There are bins in the kitchen. On collection days they go out by the door and the council collects them overnight; the schedule is on the fridge door. Whatever is left on the last day is taken to the containers at the entrance to the village.

A glass or a plate gets broken now and then, and that is fine: just let us know. If something stops working, tell us and we will fix it as soon as possible, even during your stay.

Yes, during the day and without staying the night, as long as there are no more than 12 people in the house. Parties and events are not allowed. If the number of guests changes, let us know before check-in.

Switch off the lights and appliances, lock the back doors and don’t leave rubbish inside. Check-out is before 10:00.

If we find it, we let you know and keep it for a month. To get it back, book a collection with MRW yourself, at your own cost, and we will tell you the address the courier should go to. We do not send anything by post or on our own, and we are not responsible for lost items: check the house carefully before you leave.
