- House rules. During the stay the house rules must be followed.
- Booking and contract. Bookings made on this website are governed by the contract signed before arrival and by the cancellation policy. Bookings made on Airbnb, Booking or another platform are governed by that platform’s terms; even so, these rules apply and the guest register must be completed.
- Admission. The person booking must be an adult and is responsible for the people in their booking. Minors always stay with an adult responsible for them. Casa Amparo may decline a booking from anyone who seriously breached these terms or the contract in a previous stay.
- Occupancy. No more than 12 people may stay in the house, including babies, which is its licensed capacity, nor more than those in the booking. Visitors are allowed during the day, without staying the night and without exceeding 12 people. Parties and events are not allowed.
- Damage. Small breakages from normal use (glasses, plates, light bulbs and the like) are not charged: just let us know. Damage caused by misuse or negligence, such as burnt or scratched furniture or painted walls, is paid by the person who booked, according to the repair invoice or quote. There is no security deposit.
- Faults. If something stops working, tell the owner and it will be fixed as soon as possible, even during the stay. If an essential service (water, electricity, heating in the cold season or the pool in the swimming season) is unavailable for a significant part of the stay for reasons attributable to the owner, the price will be reduced proportionally.
- Items left behind. During the stay each guest looks after their own belongings, and the owner is not liable for their loss unless it is his fault. Anything found after check-out is kept for a month; to get it back, the person who booked arranges a collection with MRW at their own cost, from the address the owner gives. Nothing is sent by post or at the owner’s expense.
- Complaints. If something has not gone well, write to us at info@casa-amparo.com. Official complaint forms are available to you: ask the owner for them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
