Cancellation policy

The booking cancellation terms are the ones set out below:

The guest is entitled to cancel the booking at any time. However, as stated in article 9 of Decreto 19/1997, of 11 February, on rural tourism accommodation, issued by the Valencian Government, the owner reserves the right to retain, as compensation for the damage caused, the following percentage of the booking deposit:

• 10% of the deposit referred to in the previous article, when the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the date set for occupying the accommodation.
• 50% when it is made between more than 7 and up to 30 days in advance.
• 100% when the cancellation is made 7 or fewer days in advance.

The owner reserves the option of issuing a gift voucher for the amount of the booking, or of changing the booking dates subject to availability. In any case, the management of Casa Amparo will always try to find the solution that is least damaging for both parties.
