More than 15 days in advance
If you cancel more than 15 calendar days before the check-in date, it costs nothing: we refund everything you have paid.
15 days or less
If you cancel 15 calendar days or less in advance, or do not turn up, the deposit (30 % of the stay) is not refunded; anything you paid on top of it is. Leaving before the check-out date gives no right to a refund.
How to cancel
Write to us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as you can: the date your message reaches us is what counts. Refunds are made by the same payment method within 14 days at most. We always try to find the solution that is fairest to both sides, such as changing the dates if they are available.
If we cancel
If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, we refund everything you have paid.
No security deposit
You only pay the 30 % deposit when booking and the rest before check-in. No additional amount is held.
No right of withdrawal
As this is accommodation for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (article 103.l of the Spanish consumer protection law). This cancellation policy applies instead.
If you booked through Airbnb, Booking or another platform
That platform’s cancellation policy applies, not this one: the booking and the money are over there. If in doubt, write to us anyway and we’ll help.
